| Scope and Content: | Series consists of records created and accumulated by Theresa Burke in her capacity as a producer for a 2009 CBC Fifth Estate documentary titled "Someone got away with murder," about Andy Rose, a Canadian man convicted of the 1983 murder of German tourists Bernd Goericke and Andrea Scherp. These records document both Burke's research, interview and production work for the documentary as well as the details of Rose's two murder trials and his involvement in a "Mr. Big" police sting operation.
