Series consists of materials related to the provision of funding for the production of the journal and the associated costs. Series includes correspondence and application forms for funding bodies, such as SSHRC, NRC and Energy, Mines and Resources (EMR) Canada. Series also includes correspondence with the SSHRC publication committee regarding subventive or one-time assistance to cover unexpected costs. Series further contains budget materials including estimates, statements and progress reports, and bank statements, telephone bills and other invoices. Finally, corresponding regarding advertising in early issues and inquiries regarding the decision to discontinue the practice in later issues can also be found in this series.
