Scope and Content: Series consists of correspondence, minutes of meetings, press releases, broadsheets, newsletters, publications, manuscript notes, drafts of speeches delivered by Pocock as well as notes and drafts of other writings, memoranda and other material which documents Pocock's involvement with the peace movement, her activities as a refugee worker and, to a lesser extent, her career as a jewellery maker. Series contains files of material which document Pocock's activities with the American Friends Service Committee, the Canadian Council of Churches, the Canadian Friends Service Committee, the Inter-Church Committee for Refugees, the Peace Brigade, Project Ploughshares and Voice of Women.
Restrictions on Access and Use: Many files in this series contain third party information of a personal nature. Researchers wishing access to this series must sign the Access and Use Agreement form before access is granted.
Arrangement: Most of the material in the series was not kept in any discernable order. Where an order was apparent, such as in the case of the "kitchen files" and the "dining room papers", the order was maintained. The remaining files were arranged alphabetically by name of file.
