Series consists of committee minutes from November 1978 to May 1986. Representatives of Bethune, Founders, McLaughlin, Stong, Vanier and Winters colleges met to discuss the role of the colleges and their tutorial programme, student admission and advising procedures, new courses and new instructors, funding and other arrangements for tutorial courses, course evaluation forms, and annual enrolment statistics and their significance in terms of class size.
