The fonds consists of records pertaining to Jack Berke's involvement with the Community Chamber Orchestra of York University, from 1979 to 1988, as musician (bassoon player) and member of the Orchestra Board of Directors. The fonds includes concert programmes, concert schedules, contact sheets, some minutes of the Executive Committees, and newspaper clippings.
