Administrative History:
George Stewart Henry (1871-1953), farmer and politician, was premier of Ontario, 1930-1934 and minister of Highways and Public Roads in the Ferguson Cabinet (1923-1930). He was the Conservative member of the Legislature for Simcoe North (1913-1943) and leader of the party (1930-1937).
Scope and Content:

The fonds consists of George Stewart Henry's daily appointment books (1931-1934), an algebra exercise book, and his passport, issued in 1928.

Custodial History: This material was transferred from the Rare Book Room, York University libraries, in 1970.
